The New Ownership of Rosewood is not tenant focused. They have increased the rents, subcontracted a company that bills water usage by the square foot, so a single renter pays the same water bill as a family of 4 in the same size apartment. There is not attempt to keep the litter and trash picked up around the facility. The parent company's website makes no mention of tenant satisfaction, only happy employees.

There were no activities focused toward the many children who live here during Halloween - they've hired a fat man in Superman Suit to wave signs at the drive by traffic.

This used to be a very nice place to live, but it has lost it's appeal and I'm leaving when my lease expires.
