been here for almost a year, staff for the first 5 months was great, so helpful....The new staff is "----"...Period....I had a small problem with something in my apt...they said they would fix it, yeah they never fixed it, I had to fix it myself after multiple phone calls and messages.....WTF!!!! The new staff could care less about you... If you pay your rent on time, they'll cash your check 2 weeks later, they are just plan lazy!!! The gates that are supposed to be closed and all times, the exit is always open....early in the morning both gates are open. So with that said I pay way to much to live in a "free access" to anyone apartment complex. This is just plan STUPID!! I will be spreading the word to not rent here to everyone I know and on other websites!!!! Maybe the retarded staff will get the hint!!!

For the record........ First review of my blog, has to be someone that works in the front office, I understand your probably mad that someone is writing all these bad things about the complex. I understand that, but I'm only telling the truth... Second review of my blog, I would strongly recommend another complex...my unit now has a ant problem, just to add to everything else!! Third review of my blog, FINALLY SOMEONE THAT AGREE'S WITH ME!! THANK YOU!!!

Your not the only one with the ant problem. I go through a can of raid in a little less than a month. At first I thought it was because I'm on the bottom of the building but as I talk to other residents I find that I am not alone. When I first moved in..I had an invasion of waterbugs...2 a day but I sealed all cracks and doorways with raid and I continue to update it. But it works and keeps them out. The ants took over my closets. i would wake up in the middle of the night to find my tub and my sink covered in ants. Don't leave any food out..I hosted a book party and the food was out for about 2 hrs. Out came the ants attacking the sweet stuff. Management's response - the said they exterminated and I'm still waiting for their return for another extermination. I left a message but who knows when they will respond. Nevertheless, I have my RAID. Neighbors are nice though! We've come to depend on each other and look out for one another. But these are the neighbors who have children so take it for what it's worth. They are painting and power washing the property. The one thing I have distaste in my mouth about right now is the fact that they sent out a newsletter stating that they were changing the gating system and we have to buy the FAB. They didn't say it was a returnable deposit and tenants should only have to exchange the old one for the new one. But this complex will do anything for extra cash. But I assume it's because they are not filling the apartments fast enough.

I've lived here for about 8 years or so. When I moved in I'd say the complex rated at strong 8, perhaps even a 9. It was a great place to live. And now? With this most recent management company on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it .........oh about a -43. The list, the litany of issues I have with the management of this property is so extensive it would fill volumes. But to anyone considering Rosewood I have to give my strongest recommendation against it. I'm patiently waiting for my lease to expire so I can bust out of here.

Tjis place is a pile of ----, I looked at the place, and I would not step foot in this complex ever again. Rent should be free. What's with all the hood folk coming in and breaking in? I thought this was a secure place? What a friggen joke. Kelly
