Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Need a serious brush-up on the customer service. The property manager is not nice, nor is she sincere. The rest of the staff is pretty courteous. I think the only thing that's really bad is that all calls go to voicemail whether they are in the office or not. You have to allow 24-48 hrs for a return call or follow-up.
