I hear you. I am moving out this week after 1 year of torture. My AC has not worked properly for the entire year and actually leaks buckets of water onto the aprtment below. I had to take the vent off in order to place a 5 gallon bucket under the unit (which feels up daily). Thre is no maintenance, don't bother asking for it. I could go on for hours ranting about this Crud hole apartment complex but my blood pressure is high enough as it is. I am just glad to be moving out (1 year older and 27,000 dollars poorer after rent as well as the vadalism and thefts that I incurred)

want to be treated like a ----- then move here the name says it all ROSEWOOD PLANTATION, We all rememeber the movie Rosewood, and to be called plantation is a slap in the face management here is horrible they change like every 30-60days. Patricia is a drama female dog corporate -----. dont have any issues she will only call other teneants to tell of your business and seek to ruin your credit. I pray for this property and the connor group bunch of greedy az bastards, QUANTITY NEVER WINS ITS ABOUT THE QUALITY, VENGENANCE IS MINE SAID THE LORD, BECAREFUL WHO YOU MESS WITH, Us tenants do have rights and we will win. DONT DO A 18 MOS LEASE DONT DO A 12 MONTHS LEASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SETUP A PRIVATE INVESTIGATION OF HOW THEY TREAT ITS TENEANTS.
