This could be a nice place to live if the management and maintenance staff were competent.

Rosewood sucks Nice communtity, paying over a $1100 in rent and our ceiling over the kitchen is fallen in its been going on 3 weeks they always say we going to fix it on Monday thats a a bunck of HORSE shi!!!!. Water is dripping everywhere we have 3kids in the house how are we suppose to cook. its unsafe for us to be in this apartment,but on the 1st of every month they want there money. The fridge went out and they only offer a $50 towards our food. we had over $300 WORTH OF FOOD IN THERE. DONT RENT HERE LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING. THEY ARE SOME MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS.NOW TO SUM THIS ALL UP THE GWINNETT COUNTY HEALTH CLOSED DOWN THE POOL DUE TO NO CHLORINE!!!RENT HERE YOU'RE AT RISK...
