Who would have thought that a complex so nice would have such horrible issues!

First and Foremost, I thought this was one of the most beautiful apartments, in and out. I never thought I'd be walking into hazardous conditions. They are so fast to stick notes in the crack of tenants doors in reference to rent or water, but not once have I seen anyone come out to do some type of treatment for the window seals where mold tends to build up every couple weeks! It's horrible. The one (yes, one) maintenace man we have, sprays bleach and wipes it up! Now we know that bleach kills a lot, but mold....NO! I can remeber putting a phone call through to the complex when rent was due, not once but twice. They are so admit about their rent money, but they don't care enough about their tenants. I've only lived there a year and I've seen them change company's as well. Everytime the apartment is ran by one company, someone else goes in and completely change rules, to which the tenants aren't made aware of! It could be an awesome community if only the customer service was much better. My roomate and I don't pay them 1025 a month for terrible customer service.
I felt this might be a safe environment being that it's a gated community! Well, Fortunately, I hadn't had any break ins with my car or apartment, but I can definitely understand how those tenants feel who have had break ins. Not once has our gate code changed since we moved in and it's still the same. So tell me something' What's the point in HOPING that you may be safe when in fact, you may not! Who wants to take that chance. I thought the apartments look nice from the outside. Instead of having painters come in to touch up the apartments, why not have someone to come in and get that mold problem covered, or sooner or later, Rosewood Plantations will be looking at a huge lawsuite! Best believe I took pictures, and still have them!
OMG, we had problems in the begining with ants....in our wash room (where a lot of people store there can goods. I've never in my life had to use so much bleach in a corner crack of the wall! The ants just wouldn't go away.
Parking is a whole other issue! How is it that our apartment complex isn't all that big, but by 5 o'clock,I can't even find a place to park my car near my building. Something else to be angry about after a long days work!
Now....Lets talk about the water Bill! All of a sudden we're paying water through Heartland. when I first moved in, we were paying water with our rent every month UNTIL....again....all of a sudden we couldn't pay our water when handing in rent. Infact, we couldn't pay our rent in our water hadn't been payed. First of all, there was never a written notice that stated that we couldn't pay our water bill when paying rent. Second, when did Heartland Regional and Rosewood Planatations decide to join teams. You can't pay your rent until you pay your water. Crock of Sh**!
The "Weight Room"....those who do work out will completely feel me on this one! Doesn't the weight room look much bigger in the Apartment Finder....lol... I'm not so much mad about the size, but the fact that you have one treadmill, and 2 stair masters that don't work says a lot! You'll don't give a damn. REnt is high as hell, and the company can't afford to get new exercise machines' What is the rent going towards, really' Upgrade, please! How about a couple more treadmills and less broken exercise equipment! Thank you!
Lets hope there are some changes soon to come! Had I known what I know now, I probably could have saved myself a headache. I don't mind paying $1025 for rent, but NOT to Rosewood Plantations EVER AGAIN! They need a change of management once again and please, hire a group of individuals who have some concept of running an apartment complex, a team who doesn't change the rules when they want, without notifications. For what we pay over there, we deserve that much! Make it happen and stop slackin!

You said alot with the water bill, parking and where is the money going, WOW lawsuit I agree. what about the those bad little black boys(and I dont mean to stero type but it is what it is) that uses foul language no matter whose around and they are very loud where are there parents P.S. the break ins, one of those boys broke out a car window by throwing a rock, that was reason enough for them to be put out. If I catch one of them vandilisim oh well, they parents wont have to worry about that child If you do grown up things then you get treated like a grown up a bat or bullet has no name on it but some of us work to hard for nice items and to have a piece of mind and pay over a $1000 monthly here to let kids ruin it. ROSEWOOD PLANTATION, CONNOR GROUP, HEARTLAND REGION DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THIS A PLACE OF LIVING, NOT A PLACE OF FEAR!!!! I CAN GIVE YOU A FIRST SUGGESTION YOU CAN START BY CHANGING THE NAME OF PLANTATION TO SOMETHING ELSE SLAVERY DAYS ARE OVER, BUT YET YOU TREAT YOUR TENANTS LIKE SLAVE!!!!ROSEWOOOD PLANTATION you REAP WHAT YOU SOW....
