I was under the impression that I was moving into a very nice apartment community. I moved about a month ago and have been very disappointed. It is cooler on the outside then it is in the inside. The staff shows no concern about how this matter is huge inconvience and increase in our bill. I truly hate staying here and can not wait until my lease is over!!!!!

take photos if possible of their actions and the damage they cause. At the very least record any damage they cause. The language unfortunately is of little consequence and I'm sure the parents use far worse so that is something that you will have to deal with. Photographing vandalism is another thing. Good luck with your current living situation. I am only too glad to be out of that place. I highly recommend looking at AMLI which has several locations, one being directly across the street. They are run by a competent management group.

Wow, well the sad part about it, its like we dont have any rights under this connor group they're INVESTORS all they see and want is MONEY, they don't care about us tenants. I see we have a new leasing manager let's see if she's any different. I wish they'll do something about those BAD LITTLE BLACK BOYS that keep terrorizing the community with their use of foul language, AND THROWING ROCKS AT CARS AND VANDALISIM THIS IS RIDICOULUS!!!!! THAT THE LEASING MANAGER WON'T MENTION THIS TO THEIR PARENTS THAT IF THEY CAN'T CONTROLL THEM THEN THEY'll HAVE TO SEEK ANOTHER PLACE OF LIVING.
