I have lived at Rosewood for about three years and I like it here. My apartment is huge and I haven't had any major maintenance issues. When I do see anyone from the office they always seem very nice. It's a good value and I will more than likely stay until I purchase a home.

good for you, you're just one but many of the residents are sick of this MESS, No it didnt use to be this horrible in services.

I lived at Rosewood for the last 3 years and "quality of life" got much worse after the 2005-06 management left. We have relocated now -- to a more modern apartment and love the improvement. At Rosewood, the toilets were continually in disorder, and the kitchen disposal was not properly installed, causing backups all the time. The maintenance and management are much more attentive to our requests for assistance; and we are saving about $250 per month while we have about 200 more sq ft of space in our 3 BR. We have no toilet or disposer issues here and the appliances are newer; also got them to install brand new carpet. The pool is always clean and the public areas are cleaner and quieter than Rosewood. You might want to look around and do some comparison shopping.
