This is by far the worst managed complex ever! Although the apartments are pretty nice, there is basically no maintenance. There is one person assigned for the entire complex and he is not really doing a good job. We had water leaking in the apartment and called the emergency line, nobody came. The AC broke down and we had to pay 1000 in electricity bill, of which after long fierce discussions they paid a third of it. The common utilities are included with your water bill and are totally ridiculous - 70 USD a month. Roaches are roaming around freely and although pest control is included in your bill, they never come unless you complain a couple of times. As a tip, whenever you need them to give you a service (maintenance, pest control, etc) call the emergency line because the messages are recorded. If you don't do so, they ALWAYS pretend you did not call.
Leasing staff changes every other month or so, I stopped counting....
If you really need to move here, get renters' insurance because nobody cares whether you have an emergency or not.
The same management group owns Ivey Brooks, so you can imagine that the same treatment applies.
Also, they will not provide rental referral when you move somewhere else so keep a copy of your lease and provide prior rental history.

I agree with most of what you are saying...My lease is up in July 2010 and I will be giving my notice every month beginning January 2010, until May 2010 when it is actually required. I have not had any problems with maintenance, although, there is only one maintenance person, however, I have had to call regarding black mold issues and I do have photos that I have taking of this mold.
