I have been there about 9 months now and love it. It's a very quiet complex and they address issuess immediately. Apartments are very big and spacious..The only downer is there is very little closet space but other than that I love it there.

Within the next 6 mos. my family and I will be relocating to the GA area if we can find a decent place to live, "go figure". In reviewing all the apartment complexes in the Norcross area the majority if not all of them the ratings and reviews are a nightmare. In 2006 the rating for this complex indicates that the place is a "Mexican Hell Hole" the cielings leak and that there are "roaches" everywhere Grose! Does anyone that have lived here or is currently still living here have anything legit to say about this place??? There is no need to lie just keep it REAL.

Yes, I have been reading reviews on this site for the last two days and all of them were horrible. Are the apartments in Norcross THAT bad? How would I know the difference between a legit review and a vengeful review by a disgruntled resident? Can anyone please give an unbiased review of this place or recommend good apartments in Norcross area?

I HAVE A FRIEND THAT HAS LIVED HERE FOR 2 RS. SHE LOVES IT. NO ROACHS. VERY QUIET. NO BEER GUSSLERS HANGING OUT IN THE PARKING LOT. MAINTENANCE IS GREAT. NO LOUD PARTIES. I PLAN ON MOVING HERE TO GET RID OF ALL THINGS THAT I DONT WANT AND HAVE LIVED WITH THE PAST 5 YRS. VERY NICE PEOPLE LIVE HERE.

I live there now and since they dropped the price for rent peoples houses are getting broken into, Gang graffiti tagged everywhere and Roaches now. We moved in it was great but is now turning for the worse if they don't clean it up we will not renew here. Other than that our neighbors are great.
