Have lived in these apartments for almost 3 years and only have 2 negative comments: (1) if you're looking for a secure gated community, this is not it. The gates are rarely functional. That being said, I never felt particularly threatened while living there.
(2) my neighbors had a penchant for playing their home and car stereos loudly. The complex did what it could, but it's difficult to regulate tenants all the time.

Otherwise, this is a good value for the price I paid. I loved my screened porch and the layout of my 1 bedroom. Am only moving out because I'm getting married and it won't accommodate all our stuff.
