terrible place

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The gate never works, roaches everywhere, maintanence is quick, three time someone broke into my car, 1 time someone destroyed my car, new management is ok, laundry is the worst ever, terrible neighbors - most of them sell drugs,heater didn't work all winter - old management never came to fix it, ...
