Maintenance never came to fix anything. Neighbors were always loud, or always had loud car stereos playing. Heard gunshots on two occasions. Kitchen appliances were barely functional, and no one ever came to fix them. The people in the office were not very helpful. The gate never worked and was always wide open. They will try very hard to jip you out of your deposit. The neighborhood is very shady.

The only up side was rent was sort of cheap, but you get what you pay for.
