First of all the apartment grounds are not appealing by any means. There have been times when the grass wasn't cut in over a month and the trash would pile up so high you couldn't even get up the stairs to the compactor. The apartments are very old and it does not look like they have been remodeled ever. The swimming pool is green and has not been open for the entire summer. The health department put a sign up that stated that it was closed because the complex had not paid the fees for inspection. The mailboxes were broken into so those residents could only get their mail from the leasing office. That is a huge inconvience for the residents who actually have jobs, there is no way for them to catch the leasing office except on the weekends. The gates in front have not been operable in all of the time I've been here. I almost forgot about the cars that were broken into. Overall it is a horrible experience. I had to live here because I am saving for a house and quite honestly the price was very good. I would rather spend and extra $150 each month to live a place that where I feel safe and at home. I would never try to tell anyone where they should or shouldn't live. If you are thinking about moving to this complex, or any other complex, the best time to view an apartment is on a Saturday afternoon. On Saturday everyone is at home and doing their own thing. Also, before you deicde on a place, drive out to the complex on a Friday or Saturday night...just to see who hangs around..Happy Apartment Hunting!
