I would not suggest this community to anybody! Yes the rent is cheap but you will surely regret moving here.

"Welcome to Havana" should be the community banner.

Get ready to endure restless nights due to people(--------)hanging out playing loud music,talking loud, and throwing beer bottles all over the place.

My first major issue with this place began when the leasing office called to ask me to stop by Walmart and get them a key made.

Are you kidding me!From that point everthing went downhill.

My dishwasher...hasn't been fixed yet.

I've been there for a year.

My bathroom sink...took 5 months to get fixed.

My living room blinds....Had to call the owner to get those replaced.

The front gate...has never worked since I've been here.

The tennis courts...what tennis courts they have converted everything to fit the latinos needs.Unless you are use to this standard of living.....RUN FAST! kEEP DRIVING!

Not all Latinos like to live in the environment that is at Silverleaf, I'm a Latino person and I don't like the apartments. Don't judge Latinos by the way the apartments are maintained, the apartments are the way they are because of poor maintenance and management does not care.
