New Management is Making a Difference

I visited the property today looking to move into a new place and stopped a couple of residents to ask about the place. The residents told me that since June when new management took over, there has been a remarkable difference in the level of service. They told me that maintenance responds quickly and the office even throws events for the children in the community.
Not sure who the old management company is, but I think the new one is making a difference.
One tenant told me she feels safe enough to jog around the grounds at night. That s pretty amazing.
