At first it looks like the best place to live in that part of Norcross. Outside grounds are kept nicely, recently painted. They just changed management company which is good because last managers did not care about anything. They would answer the phone: "we can help you", but were the most dishonest, fake people I ever met. Only one of the maintenance guys was great and really a good worker that would follow through with the problems. Outside lights were manually turned off and often times was unsafely dark. Since we moved management was told about repairs needed, they noted something on paper, but have never replaced broken blinds and stains on the carpet.
NOISE is a huge problem! Teenagers run up and down stairs until 12 at night on weekdays. They scream obscenities right outside your door and bang on doors and walls. I had nails on my tires and intruders on my balcony, who messed up with my personal property.
During the last year,we had to evacuate our apartment 5 times because either people would pull on the fire extinguishers alarms or because of malfunctions on the fire safety systems.
