My husband and I moved here almost three years ago. When we signed our first lease, the community was owned by a different company that took care of everything very well. Then another company purchased the property and things went down hill rapidly. It then became known that the new company leased office staff through a separate agency to run the property. In about a year, the new owners decided to manage the property with their own staff. This decision has been the most wise of all that my husband and I have witnessed.
With Neice, the property manager, and Stella, the assistant manager, taking charge, Paces Crossings has never been so wonderful! They seem to have changed the over all feel of the community. They are very attentive, understanding, kind, and courteous. They seem to always been on point with every thing going on with the each individual resident. Not only is the office staff phenomenal, the maintenance staff is just as helpful and nice. They are always very polite and informative in a variety of situations pertaining to the community. When they enter our unit, they take very good care of our personal belongings, making sure that nothing is ever mistreated by their presence.
I truly enjoy staying at Paces Crossing because of the people who make this property the loving home we enjoy. I recommend this community to all who need a home, not just an apartment.

Kudos. I moved in with Linda, too. Everything was great. Than one day there was new management. Everything you said was dead on. There are teenagers and other people just walkin around and sitting outside. Kids playing in the parking lot with no grown-ups visible. Stray animals (including large dogs, but mainly cats) We started getting bugs (I am pretty sure they don't really spray anymore.) Luckily our lease just ran up and we are out of here. We will pray for your safety and that you get out of there soon. Take Care!

Kudos That is all correct what they are all saying!!!! I moved in with Linda, as well internet was great!!!!! until the day the the new management came in and yes lot's of stray's!!! roaches lots of roaches children unsupervised dumpster over flowing! gate tears up every other week!!!! ghetto fab people with there low ridding cars and or mariachi concerts comming out of there car speakers.....
