I have been a resident of this complex for almost a year now. The original management on site tended to be rude if they were in the office at all. Several months ago new management was hired and since the the property has been increasingly improving. The prior management allowed almost anyone to move in and it showed. Since then there has been alot of people "invited" to move out and for good reason. I am sure the new management is trying to clean things up in more ways than one! I love me apartment! It is one of the newest in the area at maybe 6 or 7 years old.
I appreciate the new management letting us know what is going on in the community and taking steps to keep us safe and warm. I highly recommend living here if this is the area that works for you.

What. Do you work for the new management company? in what way have they informed their residents of of what is going on in the community? And how would you know that they are in fact 'inviting' current residents to move out? Ha. This property doesn't keep you safe and warm. It leaves you out to dry in the winter. wake up.

I know, who really thinks the new management is better? I am moving due to the new management. crime,noise, stray animals ... all went up! There are even more bugs somehow. And the old management was rude? Who could think Linda was rude? She was the sweetest lady in the world. Now the new guys....

I agree with Haileyiona, this must be the thoughts of someone who has their head in the clouds, hasn't had much interaction with, or is a part of the management. I could only hope that the management staff has improved, but I certainly wouldn't hold my breath, they are still under the same ownership, and fruit doesn't fall from the tree!
