Ok when I was living in Paces crossing aka Wesley Paces I was NEVER EVER late on my rent and I was paying 963.00 a month never late for one year, when I moved out the apartment was left in GREAT condition and I was to get my FULL deposit back......How long do you think it took them to get it back to me''''' 30 days' 60' 90' NOPE!!!!! I had to beg plead for them to pls give me my deposit back it took over 90 day's and I even had to go over the manager's head to get it back.......Now who should be charging who for late fee's''''''''''
