Maintenance Sucks at Wesley Park Apartments

The apartments are nice and cute but the maintenance SUCKS!!!! I reported my faucet leaking when I first moved in and the maintenance man said that he was going to replace it and here it is 9 months later and the faucet is still leaking.
My refrigerator stopped working so I called the office and put in a work order, it took 2 days for someone to come out.
I called several more times.
By this time I had to take my food to the neighbor's apartment because it had defrosted and I had to throw away some.
I went by and talked to the maintenance man again and he said that the frig would be replaced the same day.
Well, it wasn't.
It took 6 days for my frig to be replaced and this is considered an emergency.
When the walkway was finally cleaned they did a terrible job.
The doors were once green now they are nasty with white paint water on them.
I reported this to the office twice and the doors have not been cleaned yet.
It's been almost 2 months now.
