Where do I start' First the office staff is lazy and rude so when you go to report the problems that I am about to mention, don't bother, they don't care.

Car theft, vandalism, attempted rape are some of the big problems.

The property is always dirty, the garbage dump is always overflowing.

The so-called security gates have been open for 3 months, which makes it easy for the criminals to escape.

All of these problems started in the last year, it used to be a great place.

The apartment is nice, as long as you do not have any repairs (they won't get done) and your carpet will not be new, they won't even let you see your actual apt.

until you move in, they will show you the nice model.

I can't wait until my lease is up.

Rumor has it that the last property manager let anyone move in, so if you have a criminal past or bad credit you are in luck.
