WORST MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN

Ok, I have lived here for over 2 years.
1. To start off, the apartment we were
supposed to move into was not ready so they moved us on the day we were moving in. (talk about a hassle for getting billing straight with utilities.)
2. Maintenance SUCKS. If there is a problem, wait 3 weeks and complain 2 or 3 times and it might be fixed. Oh, and you have an emergency maintenance problem, have fun. Because they dont answer at all if you page them.
3. Management is horrible. They do not listen to what you say, have poor customer service skills, treat you like you are a morone, and then refuse to admit when they are wrong and sit and BS their way out of it with excuses.
4. Like stated before, the gates NEVER are working. IF you know how Graves Road is, thats reassuring of what is allowed to come in here...
5. Thin walls....constant nights of unenforced Quiet Hours Laws by Gwinnett county. You will hear people above you walking, engaged in other activities, music, etc.
6. Bugs, bugs, bugs. The only solution maintenance has is to hand you a few traps, which solves NOTHING.
I would not move in here for the life of me....Even if the rent looks cheap, drop the rent and wonderful quality people come in...
