I just moved into this apartment complex and it has been the WORST DECISION that Ive ever made.

The management is extremely unorganized and simply dont care about the tenants.

On the day that I was supposed to move in, I arrived at the complex and was told that my apartment wasnt ready and asked if I could move in another day.

Of course I couldnt, Id already handed in my keys to my previous apartment.

I was then offered another, larger apartment for the same price.

Great, I accept.

But wait, thats someone elses apartment and theyre moving in tomorrow.

I was then told that my apartment would be ready in three days and they would store my stuff and move it into the apartment for me.

Unfortunately, I was scheduled to go out of town during this time so I wasnt at the complex to check the apartment when they moved my stuff in.

Turns out they didnt clean the apartment at all.

They moved my stuff into a DIRTY APARTMENT!!! The bathtub had dirt, scum and mildew in it.

The toilet was dirty and had dark rings in it.

And the floor was dirty.

The Kitchen was just as bad.

The sink was dirty, the cupboards had grease stains on it the stove, oven and broiler were filthy.

They all had crumbs and stains from spilled food.

The refrigerator had a huge red stain at the bottom and other food stains.

The floor was also dirty.

And my carpet hadnt been cleaned at all.

It took them a WEEK before they came and completely cleaned the bathroom and kitchen and almost a MONTH before my carpet was cleaned.

I dont know whos in charge in the front office but be wary.

They all seem really nice and try to help you to get you into the apartment but once youre here they dont care about anything.

I noticed that no one that works in that office actually lives on the property and maybe thats why they dont care about anything that happens here.

The security gates are always broken so anyone can come in and there is no maintenance.

I requested my toilet to be fixed and no one showed up.

I also request a fire extinguisher and I havent received one yet.

I havent even been here a 2 months and I wish I never heard of this place.

I cant wait to move.

DONT MOVE HERE!!
