As many other tenants in Wesley Park may feel, dealing with the management is very painful and time consuming.

Our toilet started leaking in January 2004, we went to the office to request maintenance for about 4 - 5 times and by the time the maintenance guy came, we were already used to the leaking sound at night. However, the maintenance staff was not there to fix our toilet! He was there to fix our dish washer, which is working fine! When we told him it's the toilet not the dish washer that is broken, he said he did not have the tools and would be back, which is until by this September, after 7 months!

And this is not the end at all. Since the toilet had been leaking for 9 months, our water fee was adjusted to $80 a month. We went to the office, and they told us they could not pay for our leaking toilet. We asked them to check the water usage after repair to levelize down the water fee, and everytime we were in the office, they would say either the computer is down or they would call us, which never happened even after several messages we left on their answer machine.

This is ended in early November by calling their regional office.

Here is the last (I hope): In July, the office sent us letter saying we should pay $5 more every month after. So did we in August. Then we received another letter saying that is an mistake and we should pay $5 less in the next payment. We got them to write it down in black and white.

However, after my payment in November, they sent a very rude letter saying we have "DELINQUENCY" of $5, and we should pay immediately to update our account. When we were again in the office, they said it's an accounting mistake. The staff was very rude and feel no sorry at all. We did not hear a simple apology for the mistake they made, and even at the begining, they tried to make us believe we should pay for their mistakes.

Rudeness, irresponsibility, and incompetency are what I can say about Wesley Park management, not mentioning the dirty side walks and dog droppings that are all over the place.

We are so lucky that our lease ends soon, good luck everybody.
