Wesley Park Management is POOR

Currently I have the misfortune to live at Wesley Park Apts in Norcross GA.

Here is my review.

1.

management lies to the corporate office about pest control and things not being fixed on time (ie I've been here 9 mos with the same things broke)and there was a blonde headed troll in the leasing office who made my life excruciatingly painful.

2.

any insect, rodent, or reptile you can think of runs rampant in and out of the apartments.

3.

When anyone reports anything such as, mold, windows are rotted out, the bath tub is rotted out, or my kitchen is overrun with roaches and ants, it is quickly ignored.

4.When this is reported to the corporate offices after 5 months blackflag, hot shot, raid, ant and roachkiller from walmart,and no response from the front office including the troll, it's ignored or turned back over to the poor office management who then ignores it again does nothing.

I had to pay for my own terminex just to get it under control.

5.

Police patrol never comes around, cars do get broken into or stolen, BECAUSE THE GATES DO NOT WORK, HAVE NOT WORKED, AND BREAK WITHING 1 HOUR OF WORKING.

6.

New residents are lied to upon moving in by telling them the gates will work next week.

7.

The weight room is not kept up and the swimming pool has fungus on the bottom.



SUMMARY
THE RESIDENTS PAY FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR MAINTENANCE, BROKEN GATES, FUNGUS SWIMMING POOL, TORE UP WEIGHT ROOM, AND UNINVITED RATS, SNAKES, ROACHED, ANTS, WATERBUGS, WORMS, MICE, AND A LAX PEST CONTROL SERVICE THAT DOES THE MINUMUM.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS AND NO ONE I KNOW OF HAS RESIGNED THIER LEASE DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR FOLLOW UP BY MANAGEMENT.

I WILL NOT BE RESIGNING MY LEASE.

I have fire dept records, copies of all documents sent to the leasing office including e-mails, and phone numbers that I have called over the past 9 months.

The past 2 months I gave up and pray for a way out of the lease or that time passes quickly.
