Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

There are some good aspects of this community, the price is great and the maintenence staff are very nice. However, there is often garbage on teh grounds, the trash compacter is often overflowing, my apartment was infested with ants (despite several exterminator visits), the gates often remain open and the office staff are not great.
