BEFORE I SAY ANYTHING ELSE!!!
1. WHY ARE THERE 3 EVICTIONS EVERY MONTH!! WE NEED THOSE PARKING SPOTS.
2. WHY ARE PEOPLE MOVING IN WITH NO CREDIT CHECK, AND SECTION 8.
3. WHY ARE THE MAINTENANCE MEN SHOWING THE APARTMENTS INSTEAD OF YOUR STAFF THAT EVIDENTALLY QUITS EVERY HOUR. NEW PEOPLE EVERY 60 MINUTES.
IF YOU ARE MOVING IN HERE READ BELOW.
DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!.........but if you do
Go to Walmart to the pesticide aisle and BUY IT OUT!!! Get as many roach motels as Walmart has on the shelf.
Don't bother calling Myra she will do nothing about it.
Do not waste your time asking for anything to be fixed, they won't do it.
If you are a new resident they will serve you for 1 hour.
No walk throughs and then they charge you leaving out.
Do not ask for pest control he is lazy and if he feel like not spraying your apartment, he won't.
Mold is Rampant.
BUT WAIT!!!
They replaced the staff and left the main person who needed to leave. MYRA! THESE APARTMENTS ARE POORLY MANAGED AND INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH THE TENANTS WHY DON'T YOU FIX THINGS THAT ARE REQUESTED.
MYRA! THE FOLLOWING THINGS ARE WHAT YOU ARE NOT DOING.
NO INCENTIVE TO STAY
NO COMMUNITY OR NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGS OR GATHERINGS
COME OUT OF YOUR OFFICE INSTEAD OF HIDING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR PAYCHECK WHICH YOU DO NOT EARN!!!
STOP BEING SO NASTY AND VINDDICTIVE!
