Im warning you all now. Do not consider moving in wesley park. Ive had nothing but bad luck with these people. I finshed a one year lease with these guys and they are doing all they can to keep my deposits and I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. They will tell you in the begining that the water and sewer will cost you 40 dollars a month in addition to the rent, what they dont tell you is that at the end of your lease, after you move out, they bill you for extra water usage, mine, almost 200 dollars extra to be removed from my deposits! You never see a bill and they say you can view your bill online, I only heard about it after I moved out. The gates never work as they should. At least 5/6 mos the gates did not work for the year I lived there. Yes residents cars did get vandalized by people with spray paint, and cars did get broken into. The trash is the worst, and its in your rent too. Most of the time it stinks up the buildings near it, and nearly all of the time it is overflowing. (They have one dumpster for about 400 or more apartments!) The mailboxes are usually trashed and they have many doors people use with no locks on them, and they remain open. The next gripe is the staff...wow where to start on this one. Dont try calling, they never answer the phone. Dont have a problem with a fridge, they will make you wait till all your food spoils and shrug when you tell them about it. Everything is at their convienence, so if you're in a hurry, good luck. They are also renting to what it seems is low income people, I watched my neighbor slowly starve/dehydrate a rabbit to death on their back porch, after calling the office and the animal control for almost 2 weeks, the animal control finally came after it was dead and she had thrown the body in a trash bag out on the grass.) Ants plague the buildings for 6 out of 12 months. Quite often the couple next door is always fighting. Neighbors above you barbeque and of course it drips down through the wood slats on his balcony on to yours. Loud music is common in the evenings and saturdays.Upon moving out be prepared for the worst as they will charge you for anything they possibly can. For as many apartment communities in the metro area I implore you, do not waste any time going to this one.

You sound like a very unhappy person. Life must really suck for you. Try not to be such a negative person maybe you wont have such bad luck with everything around you. There are people dieing of hunger with no place to live, Life's not perfect buddy. If you were so concerned about the bunny you should have called the police. Animal cruelty is illegal in this country.
