It all depends on what is important to you in an apartment complex.

If you are interested in finding a fairly inexpensive community with nice apartments (ant problem)that is safe and fairly new, then you would be pretty satisfied with wesley park.

However, if you are interested in good management, friendly leasing staff, a very quiet community and prompt maintenence staff then you would want to look elsewhere.

I am not very pleased with this community as a whole but the problems that existed were insignificant enough for me to renew my lease.

I read some of the reviews and some of the more accurate statements that are not purely written in the heat of frustration (dealing with wesley park management you can get very frustrated!!!) are that management (leasing staff and leasing manager) are not helpful, untruthful at times and are not as concerned about your requests once you sign the lease.

However, as long as my apartment is nice, the community is safe and the rent is inexpensive I can tolerate the seemingly incompetent management, slow return time for maintenence requests and occassionally noisy neighbors.
