Things are not always as the seem

Lived at Wesley Park previously in 2001 and loved it.

Moved back March 2007 and HATE it.

Tried getting out of the lease the day we were moving in! ---- tells you what she thinks you want to hear to get you out of her face and office.

We had a list of things wrong with the apartment and she swore they would all be complete within 5 days.

It is now 6 months later and several things on the list still haven't been repaired.

Yes I've spoken with her, ------ and other property staff and been assured the repairs would be made.

Tried contacting the regional manager several times and she would not return my email.

Corporate doesn't give out her number.

Yes the apartments are nice and spacious on the inside but the outside is horrible.

The trash area is NEVER clean (yes it should be).

This morning woke up to ants crawling all over my car under hood, outside and in trunk (and no there wasn't any food in the car just had it cleaned).

Someone tried to warn me but I thought keep an open mind so renters beware!!! Especially 300 building.......
