WESLEY PARK IS A RIPOFF...

When you first look at the apts, they show you this nice model apt & u think how wonderful they look.

I was told i had brand new carpet.

When I walked in the carpet was old with a lot of rips in it (because its berber carpet), there's a bug and spider infestation, the walls are thin and you can here every thing your neighbor does, the sinks were leaking, plumbing is horrible, the ladies in the froont office...WITCHES, and the gates never work.

Why do i have to wait in line at the visitors box to punch in an emergency code to my own apartment, because the gate key they gave me does not work and im not in their system yet' And my biggest issue which might i say i will be contacting the better buisness bureau about is why in the hell is my water/sewer bill $70''' I didnt pay that much when i had a 3 bedroom house'!'! How in the hell is my bill this damn high and im barely even home, its because they are charging up over $50 for sewer fees, i encourage tenants to contact the BBB bevause this is a disgrace.

When you have a problem they fix it at their convenience, but you better believe they will hunt you down for the rent.

I should of followed my instinct and the reviews on here but i didnt so now im suffering but you better believe i will send out my 60 day notice waaaay before 60 days to make sure they know I will not be renewing my lease to stay in these crappy apts.

I lived there in 04 to 05 and I can't believe people are still moving in. They are some of the worst apartments I have ever lived in and I wouldnÂ?t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Thank you for your comments. If you are experiencing pest control issues, we do have weekly pest control service that we offer to our residents, at no charge. If the weekly pest control service is not appearing to make a difference and you are totally unsatisfied with your home, set up an appointment with your Property Manager to discuss transferring on-site, or to a sister property. We apologize for any inconvenience during times when our gates are not operating. For the most part, the only time we experience gate difficulties is when someone hits the gate with a vehicle. To remedy that issue, we have a full-time employee that focuses solely on making sure all gates at all of our properties are up and running. Sometimes the delay in fixing the gates is due to waiting on ordered parts that are back-ordered, etc. Please know that we take the safety of our communities very seriously and when a gate at any of our properties is temporarily out of order, we are working diligently to get it functioning properly again. Thank you for your concerns about the water billing. For a few years, we offered a convenient flat rate billing option, similar to the power companies, where you pay the same rate per month. This, of course, helps with budgeting and our residents found this to be very beneficial. If at any time a resident needed to check their balance against what they paid and what was the actual, our Water Department is/was always available for this calculation. In addition, the Water Department monitored for usage that was higher or lower than the monthly payment and made quarterly adjustments. When a resident would move out a final calculation was completed and more often than not a refund was given. Thus, our residents only paid for the water that they used. Today, however, we are using a 3rd party billing company and every new resident since 2008 pays each month for the previous month's exact water usage. We are sorry you did not find the program beneficial and we will learn from your comments to better communicate the programs we use in the future.
