Alert!!!!! Beware people!!! ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT/PHOTO-COPY when give a move out notice.

They give me hard time now.

Month after move out they send me a bill $1,390.37.

I have tried contact property manager (-----------------), he seems like to ignored me (CUSTOMER NO SERVICE).

Today I went to corporate office and they told me to see ------------- on difference property (Wesley Place) hopefully she can remember that I sign move out notice and give it to her apparently not.

She told me to go back to Wesley Park.
I don't know what to do next.

Is this their game or something'
Maybe that s the way they making money.
Bottom line...

Please be careful deal with them

You are indeed telling the truth. I moved out in 2007 and the same ------- was at Wesley Place then. I ended up paying over $1800 current months rent to break my lease and after I paid that and moved, they still tried to stiff me for another $400 which I never paid. Beware!!!!!They will be nice and sell a good place when go to tour or move in but please know you will PAY in the end!

Thank you for your comments. We always have and always will encourage every resident to keep personal copies of everything from checks, money orders, notices to vacate, etc. If there is ever an issue of not being able to locate one of these items due to human error, it is always safer to have your own copies at home. Never turn in anything to the leasing office without having us make a copy with a signature and date on the copy. If you ever have issues with your living experience with Wesley Apartment Homes, there are a number of ways of getting them resolved. 1. Setting up an appointment with your Property Manager and discussing the issues with them is the first step. 2: If you do not feel that you are getting your issue resolved at the property level, you can call our Resident Direct Connect at 1-800-695-6292. This number reaches our corporate office. Leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. 3: You can visit our website at www.WesleyApartments.com and chat live with us about your issue. 4: You can visit us on Facebook and send us a direct message through our inbox. You can find us by typing in ??Wesley Homes?? into the Facebook search bar. This is checked hourly and all messages will be responded to. You can also visit our website and click on ??Customer Service?? for more information. Thank you for choosing Wesley Apartment Homes.
