| 05/22/2013 | DO NOT move into this place! Residents are given a $300 referral fee and I turned 9 friends away from moving here. It was not worth losing friends or even aquaintenances. I moved here because I was unfamiliar with Georgia. I just moved here and Autumn sold us on the apartment. Unfortunately, it is a nightmare. The parking is a nightmare. There is not enough parking, and then people are constantly taking up two parking spots or leaving cars parked for months. The insulation, if there is any is horrible.
