Getting better but buy a house for the money spent!

Have lower front apartment experience to many head lights in the eyes when trying to sleep. People talking in the parking lot. Cars warming up. Lastly, heavy footed renter above make for an unpleasent stay. The area has experienced a large number of ghetto people moving in. Ask about neighbors before moving in. Get top rear apartment and you will probably enjoy your stay. They have gone through 5 property managers and they finally have a good one. New management is trying hard. Executive level is shady "watch out for Area V.P. will not help you one bit". If your serious stay away from building 600.
