Cheep, programmed response..... Actions of management are more important to residents than the corporate manual. We are educated people that know about crime, we don't need the Property Manager to be condescending. Inform, take steps if possible to correct, and be compassionate. Lets see the default manager in the office write a reply to this. It is time to be truthful.

Osu94 -- can you elaborate about "crime"? I am a prospective apt-hunter, and would like to know what event(s) have happened there, or overall trend, and their severity. Thanks in advance.

Using the programed responce from the corporate manual only makes the experience worse. Blah Blah Blah insurance, we don't provide security, crime is everywhere, you can speak to my regional.....Blah Blah Blah. I hope that helps.

I totally agree with you. I was a previous renter there. This place is not a heaven in the midst of a high crime area. Especially being a apartment complex without a gate. However, the management will never give you a warning of what is happening. One suggestion for the Webmaster. The responses to the previous negative posts are really fishy. Is there a way to check out where these posts are from? On the one hand, it is a good thing some apartment management are watching your site. On the other hand, with a small number of sampling reviews, the rating can be easily boosted and used.

The reviews on this site that I had read so far were either too good to be true or were so unbelievably negative. They just don't add up. What is the best way to find out whether an apartment community is suitable for you? I am posting this very same message on different apartment pages with the hope that there is at least one unbiased tenant out there for each of these apartments who can provide accurate information.
