I have been an eye witness to the deplorable conditions that a friend of mine lives in at Oakcrest in Oakwood, GA. Roach infested is saying it mildly. The roaches are literally everywhere watching you eat your food and jumping out at you when you turn on a light. And they are big suckers too. My friend has been complaining to the management for 6 months and they have not resolved the problem even one iota. And he pays $720 for this nightmare. No amount of cleaning and spraying makes them go away, so there is one hell of problem somewhere. No wonder the sign out front says "Best Specials in the Area!" They can't give them away! Stay away from this place or get vaccinated before you go.

Me and my husband used to live in these apartments. We had trouble from day one! From our toilet over flowing EVERYDAY!!! To our air unit catching on fire and them not wanting to do anything about it...This is only the few incidents this has happened. Managment totally SUCKS!!! I would not recomend anyone to live there!! Doesnt matter if you're white or black...DON"T DO IT!!
