Great Community - I have lived in this community since they opened 3 years ago. I love the peace and quite the small community feel where you get to know your neighbors which in my experience have become life long friends. Poor management OAkcrest has very poor management. They only cater to the people they like. The ones they don't like, they make it hard for. They are not professional when it comes to dealing with the tenants. Some tenants are racist and complain even when you are cleaning your house saying
