New management less than helpful...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Have lived at this community couple of years now but unfortunately, it appears that management turn over has begun and the new manager and leasing assistants are less than adequate on their customer service and manners. Manager does not like to work with you on problems and maintenance doesn't seem to care if you have a problem that needs fixing or not. They say that they have a 48 hour guarantee but it is almost useless to try and use it since management will come up with every excuse in the book to make sure you can't.
Overall just going downhill and management is the main culprit.
