We've lived here for a year and plan to renew our lease...maybe. We've noticed the staff in the office has changed and the professionalism, customer service skills are less than desireable! The manager seems to be goal oriented, get any one in ASAP, qualify any one! We do not know the name of the new staff, only that they are not the caliber the old staff was! The pool is nasty, we don't go there any more. Pet owners allow their pets to go any where on the grounds, so you need to watch if you walk on the grassy areas. The lawn maintenance has gone down, grass is cut every other week, so in the meantime, grass grows past your ankles. Maintenance is new too, one of them always has an answer to your maintenance call, anything to keep him from coming in and addressing the problem. Anyway, if you can over look some of these things, it is ok to live for a short period of time.
