Upset with declining conditions

I have lived here at Amli for two years. The first year was wonderful--management was superb, grounds well maintained, pool was only visited by inhabitants, and pool was never crowded by residents. However, this year, the wonderful, superb conditions are seriously declining. Management has changed with incompetent, uneducated bullies who seem to care only about ?filling? the complex. This staff does not care about your problems, needs, etc. If you do have an issue, the manager will not listen to your case; she will only pursue her side and shut you out. In my opinion, this is disappointing since we pay high dollar to live here. Also, the forty-eight hour guarantee is a hoax. Management will find every loophole so that they do not have to pay you for your troubles. In my opinion, Amli needs to change their slogan. Instead of the ?Way you like to live?, it should say THE WAY MANAGEMENT LIKES YOU TO LIVE! Choose another apartment community, for I wish that I had not resigned.

I agree whole heartedly. I have lived at AMLI for a few years abd I too think that the 48 hour service guarantee is a ploy to get people in. I have an older neighbor who rarely gets anything repaired even after numerous office contacts. Find another expensive complex because this one isn't worth it.

I agree. The maintenance staff is lazy. The maintenance supervisor rides around in his truck all day looking busy, while the other one hides out in the back talking on his cell phone. Both of them are worthless. The office staff is changed just about every three to four months. Most of the residents living here speak poorly about the place. The rent is high! Too much money for little service. Building a home, so we are here until home is ready.
