If You Must Rent - Not Here

I refer to this apartment community as Peachtree City's Worst Place To Live! I read the other reviews and agree with the comments about the lazy maintenance staff, frequent staff changes, loud train all hours of the night, and very uncaring irresponsible residents living here. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way, lived at Amli for one year, which was pure hell. Of course I realize it is an apartment complex, expect very little of anything, but for the money I spent on rent and utilities, I expected much more. Not a quiet place to live, trains and loud music after midnight, blaring televisons, needless to say my sleep was severely interrupted on a constant basis. If you take cakes, pies, cookies, to the office staff and maintenance on a regular basis, you may get better service. Utilities are outrageous, 200-350 during summer with monthly water running 45-50 for two people who work 40-50 hours a week, do not use water to wash vehicles, no lawn to maintain. As one reviewer commented, robbery.
