This is very noisy place because train track is right next to apartment complex.
approximatly 100 Pound dog poo.
Very dishonest working here. Managment is more dishonest.
I missed to turn on electric service by couple of days due to holiday. They charge me ridiculous junk fees.

Keep demanding if you want something to get it done.
Very expensive.
They will rip you off.
Very nice to you when you talk to them before signing lease. Once you sign the lease they will not care. This shows that how unethical staff is.
Their web site says "State-of-the-art cardio center". My foot. They have six equipment in the gym.

I agree 100% - the staff is not friendly, talks about residents to other residents, spreads gossip, and there is a turnover in the office every six months. The dog poo is unhealthy! It is every where on the grounds, will cover your shoe tops if you do not carefully watch where you are walking. The train is constantly blowing up and down the track that sits within a stone throw of the apartemnt complex. Some of the townhomes in the back are located right at the tracks. There is not sleep for the weary, believe me. There is a clause in the contract about the train in order to keep you tied here - BUT office staff plays down train and noise, part of their sales pitch to get you in and hooked on a lease. Beware - these people are desperate and will do just about anything to get the place filled.
