We love living here at AMLI at Kedron Village! Christy in the leasing office is great! She will do everything in her power to make you feel right at home. Management communication is excellent here and they keep the residents informed of whats going on within the community. Moving from the north, the rent is reasonable for a townhouse w/2 car garage, small backyard and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Because everything is electric, expect to pay around $225 a month. Also, the monthly water/trash/sewer bill is around $45. Our maintenance needs are always addressed within 24-48hrs. The property is kept immaculant and we love coming home everyday. There are some residents who allow their pets to do their business anywhere. But, that's not managements fault. They send out letters often notifying pet owners to take responsibility for their pets. It's the fault of those few pet owners who allow their pets to abuse the property. I care about where my family and I live and I get involved. I inform management whenever I witness community abuse. It's our community and it's partly our responsibility to help take care of it. The Peachtree City police station is about 1.5 miles away from the complex and one of the police officers resides right here in the complex. There are trains that run nearby the community and quite frankly, it can be annoying. However, management does inform you and has the resident to sign an addendum upon leasing here. If you are considering moving to AMLI at Kedron Village, I would strongly recommend driving by several times during the day/night and check out the community. I'm sure you'll be glad you did!
