not as bad as the reviews say

first note that this is no longer an AMLI, its just called kedron village, because it was bought by some other company around June.
I have lived here for over three months now and overall its been a pleasant experience. yes there are trains that pass by which is very annoying for a week or two but it quickly becomes second nature. My apartment had a couple carpet stains upon move-in and a fridge that opened backwards, but the staff fixed this problem and cleaned the carpets quickly. the community is very safe, as its in peachtree city, i mean, little kids walk around all the time. The pool is fantastic, and if you get there around 8:30 am during the summer no one is there. I see about one roach a week, which is really not bad at all, and they are tiny roaches. Also you are right down the street from a target, kroger, blockbuster, ross, plenty of great restaurants. Don't pay too much attention to the negative reviews, because only the people who have bad experiences come here to review. Be sure to also check out the amli at peachtree city if you are moving here. I visited someone there a for several months and it is nicer in some ways but worse in other ways.
pros: overall nice place, safe, great pool, decent price, few bugs, good location
cons: no tennis court, no path, trains are loud, lots of kids (if that bothers you)
