There are repairs in this Complex which need carrying out for example the one light in the area of the mail boxes has not been working for a few months now and is actually quite dangerous with this being like this, also the vacuum machine by the car wash is not working, a coin is stuck and each time I go to use it to clean the car, I find it is still not been repaired and I have to travel a few miles down the road to clean my car. On the positive said however I have to say that the new maintenence man is very nice and freindly unlike the previous one or head maintenence man (', Im not quite sure which) and hes also very helpful for example taking bags of trash up to the dumpster for you if he sees you heading that way and he is in the vicinity and he always has a smile which is nice to see unlike the miserable looking head maintence man. One hopes that this is the first of many changes of greatness to come.... Also as a final note I have to just add that the noise of our neigbors is also a problem, the walls seem to be relativly thin and dogs barking and Steros can be heard quite easily, also vibrations are felt from doors slamming etc are also another problem. Dont think the high rent justifys what we have to put up with.....
