I have lived at Amli a few months now and I have to say that I am really not enjoying living here. Its turned out completly different to what I was told Amli would be like to live at when I first viewed. I very much now regret moving here. The Management here despite being so nice when I first came to view are really mean people whom are very slow and uncoperative when you need them to do something such as carry out repairs or making a request. For example kids hang out around the pool area on Friday nights and over Weekends drinking and doing other unspeakables. What concerns me though is the noise that is made as I live in a nearby Apartment, I asked the Management if they could do something reagarding this and they basically just said that kids would be kids and that they couldnt do anything. Well when you have kids breaking the law doing things on your property then I really would think that you would want to do something especially when it brings down the tone of the neigbourhood and makes life here much less enjoyable. I have even asked to speak to someone at Head Office as the Amli Staff do not seem to care about my requests and that we have to put up with matters like this and my request to speak with someone was promptly redirected to the Staff here which really is quite rediculous considering that I wanted to talk with someone at Head Office and not the people whom I have repeatedly tried to deal with here. The Pool is also filthy and is in such a bad way that it is completly full of leaves and dirt etc and it musnt have been cleaned for months now, its actually so bad that I can smell the stench from my Apartment. Overall I wouldnt reccomend living here and I wont be renewing when my lease expires.
