Sadly Being Neglected

We have lived at Amli for around a couple of years now and I have noticed that in recent months the complex is not looking as good as it once did. More importantly however things are being neglected around the complex and some of them resulting in it being more dangerous. For example the light in the one section where the mail boxes are has not been working for a long time now and I think this is dangerous to have an area which is frequently used like this for people to check there mail, for it to be in pitch darkness. Also the light in the hallway leading from the door of the gym to the actual gym is also not working and this is also dangerous too for the same reason. I would hate to see someone hurt because a light wasnt working. I too have also noticed an unpleasent smell arising from the pool also. Equipment in the gym is often broken due to the kids which play on the equipment. Notices were once up stating that no one under sixteen is allowed in the gym unless they are with an adult, these notcies have vanished long ago now and kids just seem to do as they please. Noise is also now a problem in the community, we have a noisy dog which barks next door and we now have people living below us and you can feel vibrations through the floor when they have there music stero playing or when they slam a door etc. Also the vacuum machine by where the car wash is has been broken for months and hasnt been fixed. It seems rediculous that these things which I have mentioned havent been fixed, its almost as if the managemnent dont care anymore. I know that a little while back I aksed them to return my call regarding some of these issues which they never did. So I would have to belive that they dont care anymore. Its a great shame as this was once a great place to live but it is sadly being neglected and if this continues then I will be forced to have to move elsewhere, already now its starting to become unbearable to live here. The one positive thing I do have to add however is that the new maintence man is very nice and for example is always smiling and happy and says hi and is very freindly and offers to take your trash to the dumpster for you if he is in the area and sees you heading toward the dumpster with a bag in your hand, the head maintenece man whom is one of the most unfreindly people who I have ever comes across I noticed only does this if its a young beautiful lady heading that way, if its an elderly lady or someone else they just get ignored. I really hope that Amli shapes itself up again, alternativly they will have lost another resident. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I will NEVER recommend this apt. AMLI at Peachtree city. I lived there for 13 months. I am a single female and one day I heard a key turn in my door but I had the dead bolt on so the person was not able to come in. I called the police who arrived within minutes and we found out that it was the maintenance man trying to enter. He said that he wanted to fix the drainage in the bathroom. Problem is - I had no problem with drainage and never requested any type of service nor was I notified that the maintenance would be entering that day. I did not go in to work that day so my car was sitting in the parking lot and was an obvious sign that I was at home - ALONE! On two separate occasions there was a fake pizza delivery man and a fake UPS delivery guy. I never ordered pizza and I only send FEDEX every now and then not UPS. I moved after that because management refused to do anything about my safety even though I produced documents from the police. I left at the end of my lease and they refused to return my deposit stating that I turned in my 30 day notice after 5 p.m. so they counted off a day. They also put on my credit report that I did $2000 worth of damage. I found this out when I tried to purchase a car and my credit report was pulled. Office staff was rude and really couldn't care less. They should be listed on ripoff.com No one ever returned my call to discuss the alleged damages that I did in the apt. I am now married and live in my own home. Thank you Jesus I got out of that place.
