Im very unhappy and dissapointed with our stay at Amli. We have lived here for over a year now and have in that time had numerous problems. For example recently we had a large bathroom mirror fall off our wall in the middle of the night. Luckily we were not in the bathroom at the time or else we would have been seriously hurt if not killed as the mirror shattered in to pieces and literally covered the whole bathroom floor. The mirror had not been fixed on the wall properly. We also had a similar thing happen once before with the heavy light shade cover in our hallway, one day all of a sudden it just fell from the ceiling, again luckily neither myself or my wife were in the hallway at that moment or else we would have been hurt badly, this exact same thing happened to one of our neigbours who wasnt so lucky and actually got hurt from such an instance happening. Amli do not do a good job of maintence and fixtures are shoddy and not well put together. Upon informing Amli of our mirror falling from the wall, we received a very sarcastic response from the Manager Shannon who really is a very patronising and uncaring person. We waited literally weeks for a replacement mirror and only after having repeatedly reminded Amli of our need for a new mirror. A few of the maintence men seem to be pleasent except for Gilbert the head Maintence man whom is always very unfreindly and has personally lied to me in the past about repairs which he promised would be carried out which wasnt. According to Amli hes an amazing head maintence person, if someone not doing repairs like they promised, being unfreindly to Residents and spending time slacking off from your job is amazing then this man surely is but not in the same way amazing as what I mean. Recently the swimming pool has been closed due to someone doing something they shouldnt have in the pool, the pool has been closed for awhile now and we wonder if it will be cleaned and reopened again before Summers end knowing how slow Amli are to ever do anything. Before this the pool was not heated as promised it would be and uncleaned and unlit at night time too and these problems led to water arobics classes being cancelled due to the thoughtfullness of Amli. Off the top of my head these are just a few of the complaints which I have with Amli. We will not be renewing our lease. We are unhappy and will be moving to a Complex soon which actually does seem to care about its Residents. Amli may look great on appearances but things arent always what they seem and after living here awhile you will soon see exactly what I mean. Rent at your own peril !

Just browsing and wondered what people were thinking. Used to live here awhile ago and I have to agree pretty much with whats been said. The Staff arent very nice people to have to deal with and the Complex certainly isnt one of the best which Ive lived at.
