I agree with the last comment except that the office staff are not just nasty they are evil. They dont care about people living here and dont have time for people except when it suits them like for instance putting a note on a door and complaining and threatning to fine people that kind of thing over petty things. Thats how they do things around here in a sly fashion. The maintenence here is a joke. The guy in charge of maintenece doesnt know his a*s from his elbow and is next to useless. If you ever need maintence you can usual find them in there favourite place which is at the dumpster where they are normally talking or hiding around the back having a break or on the phone there. This place is really getting quite pathetic to live at. What makes me laugh is when they list all the ammenities which you will have when you live here like for ecample the car wash and the vacuum, sounds nice doesnt it, just a pity that they havent worked in over a year, same could be said of the so called business center, sounds good eh ' Well the one computor isnt connected to the internet for some reason and the other is either not working or always occupied by someone, the printer is also mostly either out of paper or ink of which it takes them weeks to order another. Is it that difficult to go to the store and just get one ' The same could be said of the pool, nice in the photos eh ' Bur most of the time it cant be used as it is unhealthily dirty and at the moment it is supposed to be heated which it isnt and on the rare ocacsion it has been in the past, the pool lights have been turned off. They truly are bright folk that run this place ! lol. It seems strange to list ammenities if you truly dont have them except to be able to say that you have them and to put rent up for having such supposed ammenities. Clever very clever. Thats Amli for you though out to suck you dry of money but they dont want to have to do anything to earn it. Disgusting especially for the mortgage size rent which we pay. Oh by the way I wish someone would tell them annoying maintenece people that when they do come, they neednt knock on the door like its the Police outside, its so loud, almost like they are delibertaly doing it to annoy you.
